If I see someone driving in a wreckless manner that could cause some serious injury or death, I would call it in too. If you don't call it in when you see it, you're just as responsible. Jacks Branch Road is notorious for low shoulders and people speeding. Look how far off the road she ended up. Hope she gets better soon and learns something from this incident. Unfortunately, she was driving erratically. My dear friend’s sons (2 of them) witnessed this happen and stopped to render aid. Friend’s sons were actually on a call with a dispatcher because he was reporting the erratic driving behavior; as he came around the curve he notified the dispatcher that she went airborne and crashed.
