This Young Man just needs some Direction and mercy, could be the next Roy Jones with the Disipline, maybe have spelled that wrong but he could be the one that saves a little Lady from getting Robbed, i for one don’t enjoy Violence one bit but 18yrs old come on now, get him something too calm the temper maybe Zoloft and councilor at Hope, don’t ruin your life over this kinda stuff, just look out for your elders and watch that temper Young Man, put that stuff too use in the Military or Police academy!!!!

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Can you honestly tell me that any of you haven’t done something STUPID when you were younger . Yes it was bad, but until you know all of the circumstances, how about giving some consideration in your comments. I’m sure the family of this young man are dealing with enough without having to see the comments on here.

Based on other crimes committed in our area he will probably pay a fine and then go free. This will be decided by a Judge. Look at the 2 men who tried to rob a home who were held at gunpoint by a Molino homeowner. They both had a long rap sheet of at least 12-15 charges and arrests. All they paid for the past offenses were fines. Sad to say the Judges are just fining criminals now. Nothing will happen, except maybe the man who was assaulted will sue this young man. It is disgusting . Our communities are becoming unsafe and the criminals are portrayed as victims.

The $15,000 bond in this case was set by the deputy at the time of arrest. This bond was reviewed the following day by Judge Brodersen during “First Appearance”. The bond met the high side of the approved bond table issued by the Chief Judge for the 1st District.

Arraignment on felony cases occur on Thursday and Friday’s typically about 21 days after arrest. This subjects arraignment date is set for 6/18 at 8:30am with Judge Kinsey. He was arrested 5/27. This is verifiable via the online court records.

I sure hope if he ever has another urge to pop someone’s jaw again I hope it’s mine but I guess I’m not that lucky and I will guarantee he want ever forget that day I wake up a lot wanting to bust a jaw but I don’t ever do it usually it subsides after I drink my first cup of Joe.
