		<description>when completed will be great improvement…with just a few exceptions the median turning lanes and merging lanes have been well thought out.   now, if the drivers can excercise restraint &amp; abide the “ rules-of-the -road” and speed limits it’ll be great !  A couple more traffic lights and “55” speed limit likely will be needed as we’ve all witnessed too many drivers (meme’s) who think they’re “special “.</description>
