Hey that is so sad.I pray for this man that he will recover..
A few years back my son and his best friend was beaten by three guys in the parking lot at the tavern In Atmore the owners then pleaded with them not to say anything because they would lose their license it’s really sad that no one is protected when they go in and have their afternoon drink I don’t know the whole story as far as the man in the century bar but I do know these people need to be protected as they’re leaving the facility! Especially if they have been drinking someone needs to let them sober up before they drive I just don’t drink until you’re drunk …. I no longer attend any bars in this area because I feel it’s unsafe I really do hope this man recovers and can at least tell the cops what had happened if he’s mine let him remember God bless stay safe people it’s not worth it

Where was the security or bouncers during this shoving match? Seems like they were not doing their job if they didn’t intervene or call the authorities when things got out of hand. There’s two kinds of drunks, the happy kind and the mean drunk. You don’t need to get into it with a mean drunk.

I know this man very well, he is a very close friend of my family’s, he wouldn’t hurt anyone and for someone to do this to him is just not the least bit called for. You need to be a man and come forward and handle your business and let this man’s family know what happened to him. He’s in critical condition if this was your father, brother or friend you would want to know what happened. Something is being covered up and it will come out in due time. Your witnesses may not be as credible as you think they are. You know who you are, come forward.

I guess Odom’s is not a friendly neighborhood bar and hang-out where patrons know each other. Not sure what ECSO can do in this case, the type of injuries he has might shed some light on what happened

One would think that an establishment such as Odom’s Bar would have video cameras outside their business. And they very well may have; and if they do, I hope they recorded whatever happened to this man.
