Oversight, there are different categories for underage people. Minority is the preferred legal term because it encompasses the full range of persons who fall into underage categories such as children, infant, juvenile, young person, pupil and so forth. Children or Child Definition: A person who has not reached the age of 14 is considered a “child of tender age”. juvenile refers to persons under the age of 17 years. Therefore, ‘juvenile’ and ‘minor’ are two different terms, an important detail in criminal cases. Some cases deal with ‘adults’ and ‘minors,’ and others deal with ‘juveniles’ and ‘adults.’.

That place is becoming like how barineau park at the bridge used to be. The owner let’s all kind of unsavory characters and activities go on just so he can make money. Used to go there all the time. Not anymore. Been getting worse and worse.

Odd tactical maneuver, pulling down one’s pants during an argument. This whole story is difficult to understand. Did they get scammed for the $20 “parking”, and it was really only $2? Why were they being told to leave and by whom? I’m also hearing that many of the fish camps and boat slips in the county are being overrun with transients who burglarize vehicles while the owners are out on the water.
