They just had another round of testing which was interrupted by a student projectile vomiting in class. The faculty moved the testing to another room but I thank God Almighty that me and my family have the sense to get vaccinated and have reached the allotted time for full effectiveness.

I am overjoyed at the mask mandates disappearing but I will still be cautious until I see for myself that we indeed have started some form of recovery. The Lake is opening soon and me and a lot of my fellow Escambia County neighbors sorely need some Lake time.

And many more will be looking to move into your place.

BYE… One less person here will not matter and open up a tiny space for 15 more.

The danger is over… Those that were at risk already got vaccinated or…. But otherwise we are not going to keep allowing the gov to tell us how to live.

At this point, I’ve given up on my community.

We spent the last year watching 700 of our neighbors die from a preventable disease, and learned nothing. We decided that haircuts, Applebee’s, and anti-mask/anti-vaxing was more important than protecting our most vulnerable members.

One positive thing about COVID-19: It has really shed a light on how selfish the people of Escambia County are. I thought that this was a safe place to live and raise a family with kind people and Southern hospitality. I’m sorry to say that I was wrong.

Do whatever ya’ll want. Once the housing market calms down, my family is leaving. I love the beaches, the Blue Angels, and the fishing. It’s just a shame the people couldn’t be better.
