I’ve been through there day and night and they’re never there. They have screwed around and gotten so far behind on 9 mile road that they’re putting everything else off. Roads Inc. seems to be good at starting a job but can’t finish one. 9 mile road should be renamed Avalon Blvd. because it’s exactly like that train wreck was for years. They don’t work on it at all.
