@wise years, bail for a seven time convicted felon arrested for multiple firearms and drug charges should be denied bail. It’s an obvious guilty charge and our liberal judges handing out candy to criminals is ridiculous. Criminals like her should not be out with the law abiding citizens of Pensacola.

A difficult reality from my perspective, for anyone to exist in.

I hope that Maigen can find a place in life, where she can live in peaceful circumstance. I wish that I could offer advice, but am mostly at a loss, other than to say to obey they law.

I do not mean to sound judgmental, but I can only wonder of the journey of her life, to arrive at this point and condition.

A prayer never hurt anyone.

This girl was raised by a single Dad, after her Mother abandoned her when she was a little girl. The Dad was a wonderful father, and there was nothing that he didn’t do with her. She had horses, she was a great rider. Then she grew up, ran with the wrong crowd, got on drugs, and this is the end result. It is breaking her Dad’s heart that she has went down this path. Pray for him.
@ Trish…. don’t know where you got that her Mother is dead, maybe dead to her daughter….but dead people don’t comment on posts, and she has commented on this post.

Upon reading all the comments, I do understand and agree with the concerns and appearance confusion, this is an individual that coming up as a child on in to age 20 was a very gifted a talented individual , then she got introduced to drugs ,and steroids and has basically thrown her life away to live a thug life, and to note her mom did not pass away, only moved out of state, Maigan had many loving friends and family always there for her , unfortunately when she got old enough she preferred to dance with the Devil instead of walking with the Lord . And how do I know this ? I am her Dad .

At this point the US government might as well allow taxpayers to claim a few inmates as permanent dependants. Your taxes are paying for their upkeep. They wont learn correct behavior while incarcerated. They’ll find more connections and scheme of more ways to scam you out of your money, possessions and taxes.

Although we could go on and on about the “person” pictured and guessing if it’s a boy/girl but the real problem I see is how many times this person…and others recently arrested… have so many of the same charges and are out on bond or slapped on the wrist and set free to do this all over again. Our great LEOs do their jobs(quite well) but a deal is made in/before court that allows this type of behavior to continue. I understand there is a “protocol” they must follow but how many times is a person allowed to be arrested for the same crimes and continue to live tgis life. If the prisons are maxed out as far as capacity then put these low life people in tent prisons…

I feel for the mom cause Im sure she can’t help how she turned out.im mad cause my daughter took a gun out of the car an never pointed it at no one in a fuss with her husband an the lovely judge kensey gave her 2 yrs in prison an no bond an this so call man or woman still odfree on bond with 7 felons.wow how do you beat the system
