The next question is why do we keep giving them more work when it seems multiple projects are not completed ? Final question how much was this projects original cost and what has been paid and how much more is this project going to cost ? In my personal belief there is no reason that Highway 29 is not completed. There has been plenty of days the work should have been done. If they are claiming weather delays it is a baseless excuse. The problem is what it appears to be having too many projects going at once and no enforcement of penalties for none completion of the project. If there is a contract in place.
