No respect for authority and a free ride, no severe punishment for their actions. I’m sure Biden’s new Infrastructure plan can fix this problem though....not. They should be caught and sentenced to busting rocks and building roads, hard labor, etc. Put that in the infrastructure plan and see crime go down, roads get built and the costs cut in half. And the 1970s when I was a young man I went could into that same apartment many times to visit my friends. I was white and they were black. Now I'm 70 years old and wonder what has changed. Or I can put my finger on several things and they would all be large contributors to the problems of our young people. I do notice they did away with the draft which gave young people a way to have pride in themselves and their family and community. Politicians talk about their parties values. Oh really, is that how we got here. In the 70s most children had two parents. Nowadays, most of the people expect the government to pay for and raise the children and we do. There is no respect For life anymore both the unborn and born. Everyone knows the solutions to these problems and it's not to throw money at it. It doesn't cost anything for a young person to say yes ma'am or no ma'am oh yes sir or no sir. It doesn't cost anything to respect life.
