He was walking on the sidewalk and then all of a sudden, he just turned and walked into the road. You can't fix this by having better lighting or crosswalks. There's a traffic light and a crosswalk not even 200 ft from where he walked in front of me. I nearly hit him. Had it not been for there being room on the curb, I probably would have.
