But had that pipe that was thrown hit him, things would not be good for him. These FLEEING suspects in a stolen car are very hard to identify later when they abandon the car. I am sure a judge will issue the warrant based on them being in the area of the car and most likely matching what the victim said they look like. Sick of criminals preying on people.
