I found out through Northescambia right after it was issued. It’s impossible for them to notify everyone personally. Do you get a notice when your power goes out or your cable or internet is interrupted? Some of you people are absolutely disrespectful and unappreciative. I was informed via this site that you’re complaining on and have seen it on Channel 3 plus their website. Hopefully Nonotice woke up this morning on the right side of the bed. Pure silliness.
