It usually means they are true to their word and has good to great credit. Like @Reader below. I have a high limit and near perfect credit. You sound like someone bitter that has low credit. Or maybe has to use a prepaid card because you've defaulted on your debts? I also have a great credit union fraud dept that watches my card to keep it that way. @Tc.
