@ Just wondering – the dad may have thought ESCO wouldn’t do anything. I’m glad he was wrong.

I reported a grooming situation to ESCO and the “case” was closed within hours of my daughter being interviewed by the deputy that came to our home. When I called the next day, I was told by the special victims department (or whatever they actually call it) that because there’s no accusations of her actually being touched they could do nothing. I had proof of gifts AND inappropriate conversations he had with my daughter. After she told me what had happened, I looked him up and he’s already a convicted offender. ESCO still wouldn’t budge.

Just curious if the dad captured this on film January 1st 2021 why wasn’t the law notified then by the parents of this child? Why was it the child had to go to the school guidance counselor over a month later about the incident for the authorities to be notified about it? If I was law enforcement I’d be a little more curious about that as to why Mr. Roley is just now a month after being captured of film by “the father” being accused of this? Someone please explain this to me. Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me.

First pictures can be shot to appear as they are not. If he did it then prison after cast station, but until it is proven in a court he is still considered innocent.

As a father of a now grown Daughter, I cannot understand why the child was ever alone with the accused. Never would I have let my daughter be in that situation.

I guess my biggest problem with this whole thing is that this wonderful father took the time to film this instead of protecting his child. If it was me, and I supposedly saw that, then his beating would have been on camera too. Tons of this story just don’t add up. You can have a grudge against someone and accuse them of something like this. Maybe he did do it. I’m simply saying that this dad is not the same kind of dad I am.
