It seems like all the pedestrians want to dart in and out of traffic not in the crosswalks here. I understand you're homeless and need to cross but please please please use the crosswalk at night. When I drive through I cannot see you at night along the dark areas. With all the building LED lighting and cars now having LED lights it is extremely difficult to see some one in the road especially if they darte out in front of your car. It becomes nearly impossible to see someone when its raining. I hope the FHP or ESO take this into consideration when looking at the scene. This area is very bad.
