@Waitsforfacts. Your comment is absolutely the best I’ve ever read on here! We all forget , sin is sin in God’s eyes. He doesn’t see any difference between the drug dealer or the overindulgencer of food. I know I needed this reminder as well as A LOT of others do to! We are never going to see a change in our community until WE BECOME the change. Not a bad idea for locals to hold a meeting to see what everyone can do to help & PRAYER. This definitely can’t hurt. We are living in strange times, but getting back to the basics I believe can & will help. Talk to your neighbors, love your neighbor & ask what you can do to help your neighbor. It goes along way.

.I guess no one else has problems, made poor choices..lost their way. Dude certainly looks guilty of well you name it, but thats not the whole story. Maybe it is..either way judge not, lest you be judged. Yours or my sins aren’t any better than are homeboy’s transgressions. We like to think we are better off than the next guy but not really . Same sinful nature in each one of us. There’s more than a few reasons why and causes of a failing community not only the meth, opiates…hell, the worst culprit of all is legal to buy most anywhere. I don’t advocate for any drugs, but let the law treat alcohol like the other drugs and there will be problems just the same, probably worse even. Just sayin, a wider view never hurt anything..

This is the reason why there is so much crime in our community, so many assaults , robberies and murders. This is the reason there are so many hit and runs, trash all over the roads and so many domestic violence crimes. This is the reason there are so many children in foster care. Meth and other drugs are overtaking this city and county and as long as the flow of these type drugs runs easy through this area it will continue to erode society in our community. Such a sad thing to see do many people ‘s lives ruined by illicit drugs like meth.

Keep your kids away from drugs or they’ll get face tattoo and sell meth. But seriously, pray for this young man don’t condemn him for ‘life’. People change and should be offered second chances. Its when it gets to 3rd and 4th chance…
