		<description>I can tell you from experience that they charge a daily rate whether you have power or not. I requested power to be turned on in early September but power did not actually get turned on until October 9th (almost 1 month later). I had to pay Selectricity $125 to tell me it was Gulf Powers problem. The second technician (Gulf Power) finally came out and said the first technician forgot to remove some block from the main feed. I requested a refund but they said I had to pay the $58 even though I NEVER had power!! It&#039;s like $1.60 a day without any power. I would love to get rid of them, but I hear a lot of horror stories with solar these days and those customers are getting charged almost full bills through Gulf Power still!! Can you say monolopy?? Such a shame</description>
