		<description>My bill went up 40.00 from last month but that’s because I used more power than last month. There is probably more to the story that you people are not telling everyone. I’m not defending the power company but you might want to look at the rate charge it’s has not gone up you are just using more power.</description>

		<description>Charged over 1500 for one month. Then only showing a paid history of 700. Where I have bank statements that add up to more than 1000. Complained to BBB and now have my power being threatened to be cut off in less than a week unless I pay over 3000.</description>

		<description>I feel the rates went up due to so many business closing.and the regular customers are paying what gulf power lost. Lights Bill&#039;s going up.its gona be very hard on people.even if we get another s in simulis check it will not cover the badics.</description>

Not only are we STILL PAYING FOR THE COAL SCRUBBER WE WILL NO LONGER USE....WHY didnt GULP do this BEFORE....HUMMMMMMMMMM Why didnt gulp get off coal and then LOSE A FORTUNE on natural gas futures...It was a LOSE-LOSE for the customer.....</description>

		<description>There has been plenty of money to upgrade the infrastructure  but its wasted on paying exorbitant salaries to executives and other board members.  Why do they keep installing above ground transmission lines that are destroyed easily, when they can run those same lines underground!!!</description>

There are things that have to be signed off and by their engineering dept in the building process.  The engineering dept. has to be contacted through their automated phone system.Messages are recorded, and calls never returned.  I have been through months of trying to get them to do what they are supposed to do, (since before Sally).  Meanwhile a new house sits empty waiting on GP.  The idea of customer service died when Florida Power bought Gulf Power</description>

Mike, I agree. They switched me over to getting my bills online without my consent.  My only recourse was to figure out online how to go back to paper, and their website stinks.</description>
