Why do they keep installing above ground transmission lines that are destroyed easily, when they can run those same lines underground!!! I am in the process of building a home in GP service area. There are things that have to be signed off and by their engineering dept in the building process. The engineering dept. has to be contacted through their automated phone system.Messages are recorded, and calls never returned. I have been through months of trying to get them to do what they are supposed to do, (since before Sally). Meanwhile a new house sits empty waiting on GP. Mike, I agree. They switched me over to getting my bills online without my consent. My only recourse was to figure out online how to go back to paper, and their website stinks.
