Ive been waitingsince October to. Ive sent every document they’ve asked me to send them. And all I do is sit and wait every time I call that like it’s a problem and tell me it’s pending. How much longer are you going to make us great I can’t even stay in my home I’m on SSI can afford to not stay in my home

Application asked if we had a power surge. We Did and it destroyed our stove. That was only claim. Called FEMA and was told denied since we had a roof over our head. Went to local location twice. No one there. Later received email asking if we needed inspection. Gave up.

I being waiting for assistant since October 3,2020 they turn me down I filed an appeal they telling me appeals could take 90 days it being like 78 days already I haven’t heard anything at all just a slow moving process

I have been waiting for assistance for months. I had to appeal sally. I’m not even going to waste my time appealing zeta. My children and I have had to move out of our home which they are aware of. None of the agents are helpful and they all say it’s going to take 90 days. I’ve been uploading every document they have asked me for since the month of October. I live in a county that has not been mentioned and people STILL need help !

Why Is it taking so long for appeal assistance from Sally and Zeta we just haven’t heard anything have Fema forgotten about all of the other surrounding counties seems escambia residents have been assisted. People including myself still assistance and we would like to know whats the hold up when you call the helpline they can’t give you a date
