I am proud to see that all of the good people that voted for Sheriff Chip Simmons didn’t go to waste. I see here where he is going to open the Molino Sub-station. Maybe the traffic will slow down for the residents in this small community. Now, I am telling on myself. I am guilty of having gone over the speed limit in this area when I go to my doctors in Pensacola, but I can assure each and every one of you that I will not be doing this again. Thank you for listening and thank you Sheriff Simmons for keeping your promises!

Not sure how this is gonna help anything. Not like the police gonna be there and calling on the phone is much easier and safer “covid”…
But it sounds like a feel good measure.
Better idea is to get more police for this area and have them roam 24 7 in the residential and business areas to keep thieves at bay.

HOPEFULLY, with Sheriff Simmons at the lead of ECSO there will be a change in the way things worked – or didn’t – under the previous administration which will ATTRACT New Sworn Law Enforcement Officers.
The staffing of OUR outlying precincts is important to We the People as it gives a sense of security and nearby policing presence.
Thank YOU, Sheriff Simmons, for helping put Deputies back into the neighborhoods.
Body cameras are a GREAT idea to show completely what took place when your officers are in a situation. Many bad people out there.
BE SAFE and Prayers for our LEO and First Responders and Military.
GOD Bless the USA.

Why was it closed to begin with? That area needs those officers’ presence. I know firsthand because I’ve called them at various times in the last 3 years for thefts to my property, animals out in the road from farms, family squabbles, etc. So glad the deputies are back. It’s gotten crazy in this Molino area since moving here in 2017. Welcome back!

Hopefully the presense of officers will result in people people thinking twice. I am happy about this change..

Will this event have any exhibits? My young child (actually baby) has not been around officers yet. I’d love to let her see one in uniform, maybe look inside a car, see the lights, and even hear the radios. I want her to grow up respecting their authority. The earlier exposure the better. I know opportunities like happen at festivals and things- so wanted to know if the open house would have anything. If so, I’ll try to be off work to be there.
