The system of online booking does not work and what are the elderly, who cannot go on the Internet supposed to do?

I call bologna. Most folks around here don't even know how to register or get an appointment for the vaccination. Something needs to change to make this process easier ... not necessarily faster, but EASIER. Clear directions would be a blessing. I waited on the Publix site for 2 1/2 hours this morning but there was never an opening. My SO can’t get it at the VA, either. That was at least 3 weeks ago and I haven’t had a phone call from the health department yet. I suppose that is because the vaccine is still in short supply . I hope others who are more vulnerable and susceptible to Covid can receive it. Once the vaccine is more widely available to all ages , I hope the confirmed cases will subside and people can start living again.
