I received my first vaccine shot on January 20th, they said they would send me an email stating when my appointment for my second shot would be. Either it was in my spam folder, I didn’t receive it or I accidentally deleted it. Can you help me find out when my appointment for my next appointment is? Thank you so very much.

I have tried for a week to get an appointment at the Ascension Sacred Heart website. I am retired from Sacred Heart and think they could at least take our email and get back with a time for the shot. Appreciate all of your help and all of our front line responders. God willing we will all get our shot sooner or later. God Bless!

When the vaccine first rolled out and administered, we tried to used the Ascension on-line site to schedule an appointment. Several times, the site would show several different time slots. I would go through the on-line form and after completing the form, hit submit only to have the site informed me that time slot was filled. I did this for all the time slots listed, same story fill out the form, hit submit with the same come back from the site that time slot has been filled. So, round 2 tryin the 968-INFO number. I called was on hold, then was informed that all agents were busy with other patients and the hold q was full, try back another time. I did that so many times I lost count, I finally got through and the young lady took my information. She said all slots were filled for January, and they would contact me via phone/email. Please know that I’m very appreciative of all our front line workers and what they do for us daily. I’m just a little frustrated with the system.

Have tried at least twice a day to get on list. Had originally signed up with health dept but no response. Just got in to the Sacred Heart website gave all my info for my 85 yr old husband and it said time had changed and to resubmit. Did this 4 times until it said all times were full. Also trying to get appt for me (79) and it did the same thing. How do you get on the list?

I will go to any site for the vaccine. I am 73 with diabetes and have heart problems as well an immune problem. Please get me on the list for the covid 19 vaccine.
