In “old” Beulah, Spectrum absolutely stinks. We’ve gone from TCI to Time Warner, To BrightHouse and now Spectrum. Service has degraded worse and worse. I finally dropped my cable TV service to reduce my monthly bill and only have internet and phone. Internet service is on and off and on and off. Day, night, 12pm or 12am doesn’t matter. The people working our area seem helpful but the corporate part is not. Just my opinion.

Have Cox and seems to be down more than up sometimes and told the services would be faster – and paying too dollar but it’s still bad. Conflicts with the fire system and that’s a twice a week ordeal no connection in the middle of the night.

This survey is really poor written and does not work. It hangs up on several questions and calls them errors when they are not. I really want the county to set up a good internet system, but I hope they don’t use this programmer.

@B Let me help you gain some clarity. When you subscribe to basic cable you get some channels but if you want the premium channels you have to pay more even though it’s the same service.

True Cox does charge an arm and a leg (I have top tier speeds costing close to 300.00 a month) because they have no true coemption (if you say at and t i’ll say cloudy day) after all cable companies are a monopoly. However they do offer the fastest most reliable (not very reliable though) speeds in our area.

Garbage is the service from Spectrum. What they charge is waaaaaaay too much for the crap service and internet we get. Like farm hill water, when you have a monopoly in an area vs companies like AT&T or a dish you just charge whatever you want!
