She should be put in jail without bond no matter her state of mind If the child was in foster care how was the mother able to take the child in the first place? You just don't take a child to a commercial bus station and abandon the innocent child. Interviewing? and not Interrogation? is totally not acceptable whatsoever. Both Texas & Florida are just wrong for not taking immediate action in this case. GOD Bless this Little One.
