A sin is a sin, no matter how you feel about it. We have all made mistakes, the pandemic has not been kind to everyone. It has made people do and say some things that they normally wouldn’t have. Isaac, truly cares for people. And some how got mixed up in this mess. Not sure why? I know he wasn’t using, he his against it. Why risk it all? He didn’t want this for himself. I know that. I know he is a single dad, His kids are the most important things in his life. He was stuck in a graveyard position. No sleep caring for these kids. Police officers don’t make enough to live off of, no excuse- but I know he struggled in all ways mostly emotionally. Good thing that God holds his hand out for the sinners of the world. Everyone knows what he did he bears his cross, and his sin on his sleeves. His reputation is hurt, his financial situation is worse, his family is hurt. Just pray for him, pray for his kids that depend on him. Their mother left them a long time ago. Pray for justice on both ends. In fact, every single time I recall having to interact with him he was extremely unprofessional. However this past summer my opinion of him changed dramatically when my child ran away, he alone was the only officer who really seemed to care. He did something I know he shouldn't have done that evening but I thank God he did, his decision led to the immediate safe return of my daughter to our home.
