need COP back in into our society. Community Oriented Policing also involves the community leadership. Also some of the kids can be turned around. Not much of a chance at anything here in this county concerning education and employment.

The names, photos and other information of a minor charged with a felony in Florida is public record. So, yes, you can post the mugshot of a minor.

To jr….second chances. Most of them have been arrested more than once and some 7, 10, 12,….times. they are grown and make their bed. Yea let’s let them have more chances so more can end up dead like what happened in century this week. The parents better start waking up and teaching their children right from wrong! What is wrong with the familes these days?

to the person that says lock them up and throw away the key….most of these fellas are children still. everyone deserves a 2nd chance.
the problem is the mainstream ideas that are prevalent to the young black man in society about drugs and guns and money. the culture needs to change. did you know when the Cosby show was on air many more black men graduated high school and went on to post secondary education?
im not sure what i can do about it because i dont own a huge media company, but i will pray for these young men to find Jesus and turn their lives around
