Electronics arent returned without a reciept so in theory a person could load it up and walk out and say im going back to my truck for the receipt.

Merchandise is not considered stolen until it’s outside the store. Store employees are not allowed to chase thieves outside the store. ???????

That was the policy at a local store when I worked there and I was amazed at how brazenly people would walk out with merchandise.

I know Walmart has loss prevention employees walking around the store at all times they do not wear tags to show they work there. Wondering if the loss prevention employee knew Jackson. With self checkout and no one checking receipts when you leave I guess it’s easy to roll out a 58 inch TV.
