I heard and felt it… up off old Chemstrand Rd by the railroad tracks….and at the same time I swear I say sasquatch running east on the tracks jumping up and down. Keep an eye out for him, I’d hate to here he got hit by a car or train.

If you live in Molino or Barrineau Park, your screwed! Internet and cell service is practically nonexistent! Spectrum is expensive and is out more than on!

Gave up on internet years ago here in Molino. Our choices are pathetic at the north end of the county. Please! Someone get us some decent service! We live back off the road and our distance is too far for any of the companies except frontier, which is equivalent to paying a Bill with no service in return.

Service has gotten worse within the last couple of years. We have AT@T U-verse and T-Mobile. Something needs to be done…unfortunately nothing will change. Big business hurts the little people. It’s a shame.

cell service and internet service is a disgrace up hwy 97 to atmore from hwy 29. i only thought it was bad in molino, but you did have a little bit of a choice. i can’t hardly do any work from home in Walnut Hill. my cell signal is next to nothing. i can hear the ones that call me but they cannot understand me. satellite is not good at all, no matter which company. neither me nor my daughter could work from home while on quarantine from Covid. that is not acceptable.. my wife and several family members work for the school system and the comments i have heard from those having to do school online have been horrible and totally unfair to those who CANNOT get average access to the internet.

I’m not taking the survey as I only have phone not computers but I have att u-verse fastest speed available here & it’s pitiful now first time in 5 yrs won’t even hardly run my son’s chromebook for school or play a youtube video some days. I realize everyone is online now w/all the remote learner’s & workers but I’m paying full price for half the service at best not too happy. They have been out here repeatedly. All they could recommend was an extender (which has barely helped) & taking anything off we could like amazon devices & cams as they bog it down further. Even taking all of these off still have terrible connection especially during the day.

I came from a big city that had multiple companies providing services. This kept up competition and gave the providers incentive to be good to their customers.

IT LITERALLY BLOWS MY MIND that most of the area is Cox only. The service itself is terrible and constantly laggy. The customer service is even worse. The pricing is ridiculous. And Cox has absolutely zero incentive to make it better.

$90 a month for ‘unlimited’ internet.

I downloaded two flight simulators and am now being charged extra for additional data for my ‘unlimited’ plan.

It is abhorrent the county allows Cox to operate with such impunity, the modems are OVER TEN YEARS OLD.
