..my phone cable was out for 28 days back in June ..could not get any info on repair progress ..could find no local contact numer..800 number was zero help…finally, after 60 years , had it cutoff , and I now have a disc attached to my desk…ATT has gotten way too big..I remember the good ole days of Southern Bell when they were family friends..

Still, most people (no matter how many times you tell them) do not seem to get it… that a few people in this country are not able to use a cell phone from home because they cannot get a signal, and cannot call 911. Therefore, it is very important to them to have their land line repaired as soon as possible, especially if they live alone, are elderly or have a medical condition. It would be great if everyone could get a cell signal.
