Whenever I go to town, I use this route. I turn onto Tate School Rd from 29 to West Roberts then down Stefani. I ALWAYS go under the speed limit because the roads in Escambia County are so jacked up I like to be able to see the holes so I can avoid them. Plus, I can’t stand to drive in traffic so I take back roads whenever possible. Especially at night. These idiots with the blinding new LED lights will ride my butt, that’s when I hit the light bar mounted on the back of my truck and they back tf up (-: Anyway, don’t lump us all in together. I think about what I would do if someone were speeding down my neighborhood. Roofing tacks work fairly well.

Yea hardly anyone obeys it. Pointless if a cop doesn’t enforce it ever. They didnt even go 45 when it was 45. Used as a cut through street so ppl wanna go 50 or 60 down it.

i live on another cut through in the area so I speak from experience; speed humps and speed limits do nothing. People use these as challenges and go faster. I see them catch air all the time. The only people who care are the ones who live here, but then they speed down Stefani to get to work. Where do the brilliant commissioners think all these mystery speeders are coming from? The circle of life!

The speed limit should be 60mph on this road. The only people that drive the speed limit on this road are people lost in the neighborhood or using it as a bypass for 9 mile rd. We need to continue scaring people to not use this area as a bypass. Vroom vroom….

In Escambia county speed limit signs are looked at as suggested speed. They mean nothing.

Yeah im sure cars will still go flying around me at 60 mph as always. People know traffic stops and speed traps are non existent in this area and drive the way they do because of that.
