Years ago my ex husband pawned several things belonging to his family. His mother asked me to go inside to pay out the pawned family gun. I had to be background checked before releasing it to me. Why wasn’t he charged at the initial pawning and fingerprinting? When did this become an actual thing to issue an arrest?
He was in jail at the time and she found all of the pawn tickets in his room, at her home. She was and still is the enabler of her 50 year old convicted felon and drug addict son, that I’m happily divorced from.

Well so much for gun buy backs. Felons can’t turn them in so I guess they will keep them while people that follow the law will.

Well.. to be fair, he probably needed the money to help the homeless… I’m sure it wasn’t for drugs or anything.
