The reason Gulf Power is doing this is to get some money from theses people. If you think it's out of the kindness of their heart I have some swamp land for sale at a cheap price. The ones I feel bad for is all the landlords who haven't been paid in months. If the Government say you can't evict them for lack of rent payment then the Government should pay the rent.
