Coming back to Pensacola on I-10, I observed east- bound vehicles completely stopped or driving at a snails pace to Avalon Blvd from the Ninth Av. overpass. This was around 4:30 PM. The normal interstate traffic accompanied this commuter nightmare. And I thought the Ensley/Beulah traffic on Nine Mile Rd. was bad.
