1. OUCH did not make fun of anyone…he made a funny comment
2. Sorry the people are hurt, and I will pray for them
3. Whether or not the kids were from “well-respected families” or homeless children has no bearing on the seriousness of this incident
4. Some of ya’ll need to get a little bit of a sense of humor! Life must be hard when you cannot laugh.
5. Making a joke is NOT being uncaring or non-compassionate. It is a joke.

how about you tell my friend who is still in the hospital to “lighten up and stop taking everything so dang serious”. You’re not the one in the accident or still in the hospital who can’t go home to see your loved ones so I guess you just wouldn’t understand!

I hear ya Beth, That big typing is loud but the accident did not happen at the Muscogee Road light. It actually happened south of the light near the old car wash. But you are correct about the traffic problems at that light. With the mill traffic and the RaceWay traffic, this intersection at times can be a harrowing experience, which is why we all need to be extremely cautious when navigating this intersection. Muscogee road needs to be four lane from 29 to 97. This along with people putting their phone down would ease some of the congestion.

@Clinton Smith, obviously an attempt at a little satirical humor was entirely more than you could comprehend. My apologies for trying to lighten things up a bit. I never mentioned anything bad or hurtful about those involved in the accident.
@James, yes it’s good that you might not know me. Since you DON’T know me probably works in your favor you awesome keyboard warrior. You make it sound all big and bad here when in real life you’d back down. The “well-known and respected families” involved here happen to be friends of mine. I never joked about anyone being hurt, especially the kids. Sorry to have stepped in your pumpkin patch too deep. Lighten up Francis.
I’ll finish by saying that I DID say prayers for these folks involved in this accident. They sure got some good bumps and bruises but all will heal up fine because God was watching over them today.
