First i would just like to say that i am not complaining i would just like to share my experience with this. I filled the application out in the first few hours on September 25th i have not heard anything from anyone at all during this whole process when i check the neighborly website it has said application in progress for months now i dont understand and thats the problem i wish i could just understand what is going on if denied or approved or if needed more information i just want to know. I have two young children that i take care of by myself and this has been such a long unknown process the holidays are here and still no information as what is going on when you call they say they cant tell you anything and when you email no one responds. I just wish there was a better way to communicate and find out what is going on instead of just hoping it comes.it is now 3 months instead of the initial three weeks they said it would take

I received an email that requested me to resend my W-9 that was weeks ago. My question is I can’t even get on to Portal 2 I don’t know how where to go to find out the application status because when I clicked application status on the web page it just told me that the applications were closed. Anyone else experience this?

My friend works for the Escambia country school board they got their check on first day. This is an in justice people are in need Escambia courtyard should be ashamed of themselves and their antiquated, outdated . When we had a hurricane in Duval county they gave the citizens a Foodstamp assistance card And $1000.00 on another card shame on Escambia county with this FOOLISHINESS!!!!! Making people wait and beg during Covid. This is so typical of Pensacola

I’m not trying to be ignorant. I understand Escambia county clerk’s office hasn’t been equipped to handle 5000 checks being sent out along with other work for the clerk’s office.
All I’m asking for is a general idea of when since 2 or 3 weeks isn’t viable any more?
Please help those of us who need to understand the hold up better and the process so we can have an idea of when it’ll come. Please and thank you
