Hi, I know in the past, if you lost food and such, from a hurricane, there was a place we could go to register. Then we got a gift card to help replace some of it. Is that going to happen again? If so, how do we find out where to go to do this?

My insurance does not cover food replacement and we dont get foodstamps. My husband is 100% disabled. We are on a fixed income. I lost all my refrigerator and deep freeze. Does FEMA cover food lost due to electricity being out for 4 days caused by Hurricane Sally.
