You’d have to lock up 1000 of these guys to put a dent in the drug problem in Cantonment these days. Addicts wandering the streets all day every day (and yes, they are wandering in the literal street because Cantonment obviously has some moratorium on building any sidewalks, no matter how many people get hit by cars).

Free Gavin? Really?! If he wasn’t a dope dealing, dope using, multiple time arrested felon maybe he’d be “free”. He knew what he was doing, he also knew the consequences from it.
