The Emergency Family Assistance Grant application window which closed yesterday at 8 pm – was wayyy too short to help all our affected residents. Our Accounting Firm assisted as many fellow Escambians… but the 3-business day application timeframe limited our ability to help all of our eligible clients. Pleassse pass a 2nd round of applications.

I worked at a job for 16 years at a hospital. I was out on leave before the pa demjnic. I have a son with special needs who was working. He job vlosed due to the covid 19. I habe to manage his care. I can work anymore. It is hard ro pay teh bils and unemployment is running out . Looking for work st home jib.

I’d like to see if I can apply for the grant, I’m a mother of Twin boys who are 14years old and together my boys and I have been through a very hard time,we have lost our home due to COVID-19 I Lost my job and we became homeless and were living motel to motel, and some days went with one meal for the day, I’ve been trying so hard to get back on my feet and I would like to see if I can apply for the grant , Oh God I’d like to get a little place to call home

I need assistance, I am not receiving Federal since July. I have a 5 year old son that has underlying health issues and my car is need of repairs. I do not have funds to ride in Uber or Lyft daily commute to private school and school doesn’t provide transportation, or car pool. I can really use to grant money to help with car repairs and my son schooling commute and being able to have transportation to work if offered a job. I have depleted my savings die to the hurricane Sally and now have nothing to fall back on. Please help. I just stumbled to this website. I need this grant. Please help.
