That truck was speeding when it became involved in that rollover accident. Shortly there after another one speeding ran my friend off the road. It would be great for them to use the becks lake entrance instead of the chemstrand entrance. ECUA needs to slow down and pay attention to surroundings such as power trucks and cones that shut down to one lane while emergency operations are going on.
