I live out here by that church. The number of obvious drug addicts wandering the streets all times of the day is just amazing. No surprise that they would steal something. If you want to keep your property in Cantonment, you better lock it up tight because the meth-heads, crack-heads, and pill-heads are just everywhere all the time here.
