Americans NEED to get back to WORK...it's important for so many more reasons than just being able to go out to places.

INSANE...how one bunch of controlling overbearing politicians can say Shut Down our Churches, Businesses, Schools and yet those "elected officials" are COOL to have huge and dangerous "Protests" burning buildings and threatening law abiding citizens.

Yes, the virus is REAL....take precautions and GET OUT of the HOUSE.

Nothing we do is going to change how we are. But if you want a society that stays home and refuses to socialize based on CATCHING something... Then we are doomed.
The FLU is bad but not many think much of it when planning outings.
After this mess is done being politicized it will go away.. SARS?? yeah exactly..... only a select few even know of it and this too will be that way

Re:Steve, Is that like how it was going to go away in April when it warmed up?
IMO, much of the dismissive hype about Covid has been to influence the market and I think the talk about a vaccine is still about influencing the market and consumer confidence.
Contrary to media rumours that talk about a vaccine for the end of this year we would be lucky to have one by even the end of next year. There are also a few different versions of SARS-cov2 and there will most likely be different mutations of the virus from here on out. Unless we totally squash Covid-19 by social distancing we will be playing this yoyo game of up and down numbers for decades.
Whenever you hear media saying a vaccine is coming, besides the time needed for the different layers of testing, keep in mind there are 8 Billion people in the world.
Personally, as much as I would love to see a vaccine, I am not interested in being a pharmaceutical company's lab rat while they spend a few years looking at all the long term side affects from a rushed vaccine.

To Coe, the curve is about to be flattened permanently. So dont worry too much as the same people that go out to bars have been going to parties and out to eat and everything just like normal. People have not stopped doiing things.

Good. We were starting to gain some ground on flattening the Covid-19 curve but with bars and schools back in business we can surely get back to 7 or 8K new cases a day in no time. WTG Florida.
