We don’t even use ECUA (we are in the town of Century) but I would just like to say thank you for all in the sanitation field. Unsung heroes after hurricanes. Like line men….People don’t think y’all until they want something. Keep up the good work. Bless yall

three weeks of garbage ….that’s what we have to contend with….amazing…try to call ECUA
.NO ANSWER ….so here we are…garbage accumulating..
such unsanitary conditions….and no one cares…
I wonder if ECUA will be adjusting our bill and deduct three weeks of no pick up…..hmmm we will see..

I have watched him come down my road turn around and leave. They picked up one time last month. Not at all this month. Yet they take my money with no problem. I am going to install a camera system and email it to ECUA.

September 29th 2020 last week my recycle wasn’t picked up now it’s twice as full what’s up don’t charge me for half a service that’s like electricity was off for 4 days I get $3 less this month than last month that’s all I’m being charged $3 for 4 days of no electricity, the way I figure it that electric bill should be a lot lower like the other gentleman said step it up like the electricians that came to town keep working until it’s done…. Time to start shift work
I’d gladly deal with a few minutes of noise at night then have garbage flowing out of my garbage can, into the street.. and why is the West side being left out!!!

ECUA didn’t pick-up Tuesday or Wednesday the week of the storm and made a half-hearted effort on Thursday, so yes their collection amount will be much less than average. This isn’t rocket science, ECUA, so knockoff the spin. Don’t pick-up again here in the Northend for September then your collection fee should be cut 50% for half service.

Why not extend working hours for the landfill? Collecting trash later will free up the landfill after the contractors are out of the way for the day!! Doesn’t take a genius to figure this out. All you get from ECUA is excuses and a sense of entitlement of laziness.

This is a paid service!!! Do like linemen do and hit it hard and get it done!!

ECUA hasn’t been on our road in 3 weeks to pick up trash. Its been clear to drive down and is a small rural road but we pay like everyone else. Its about to get delivered to them. ECUA Deer Lake Rd still exist
