Two weeks later and still no wifi in Perdido Key. Two weeks of wrong daily estimates saying it should be fixed by the end of the day and no communication on when it will ACTUALLY be fixed. I could care less except for the fact that my girlfriend works remote from home. The roads have been cleared of debris and electric and water back on for almost 2 weeks so what's the hold up!?

My son works for the City of Pensacola sanitation department. He has to pull weekend duty today 09/26 picking up debris in the neighborhoods. He just called to let me know that he sees a lot of Cox trucks in the East Hill area and the neighborhoods close to downtown. He stopped to speak to one of the crew and found out that there are crews here now from New Orleans as well as Georgia. I live in the 32506 area but the person could not give my son a definate time frame as to when they'll reach my area. Hopefully the pace will pick up now that there's more help. Hope this helps everyone.

Still no cable at Langley and Hermitage. I have tried calling and texting. No way to reach a live person to find out anything or discuss credit for services not working

Still no service on Pauline st in Cantonment. Off of Kingsfield. The line was down and my appointment was with just the one that trouble shoots and not the ones that take care of the cable. I thought I would get it back today but did not.

On Langley & Pinnacle. Never lost power. Kept getting message for a week with times and blew past each of them. I tried texting to indicate access is clear and electricity present. The bot wouldn't respond. I typed in payment and got a live texter. Took my info and that was it. It's amazing they accept payments, just not direct contacts. I work from home and need the internet. Using hotspot instead. Limited. Clearly mapping and notification needs to be improved. If you can't get to other places, you can here.

Do we have to make a request for the credit or will it just be handled based on the outtage areas?

Still no service in the Myrtle Grove area off Fairfield. I really wish ww had some type of time frame. Something to be able to give employers as well as getting the kids back online for school. It would just be nice to know when we can expect it to be back on.

Service seemed to be restored Wednesday evening around 5pm or so in the Pine Forest and Kingsfield Road area. Then about 11pm it went out again. Sometime Thursday morning service returned for a couple of hours only to be lost about noon time. As of the wee hours on Friday morning the service is still out. Here’s hoping that service can be restored on Friday and remain operational.
