The comment about the judges is 100% accurate. When Judge Nobles denies a restraining order and says ” HE DID NOT HIT YOU WITH THE PIPE WHEN HE SWUNG,HE MISSED ” Therefore I am not able to grant the restraining order, Judge Nobles is by far the most liberal judge in the 1sr circuit

Judge Robinson was appointed by Governor Rick Scott.

Judge Nobles was elected by the voters and has been unopposed in the most recent elections.

Judge Bergosh was elected by the voters and has been unopposed in the most recent election.

Since Governor Scott is a rather staunch conservative Republican, and since the electorate is overwhelmingly conservative Republican in the 1st Judicial Circuit, not to mention that nearly every local and state government official has been controlled by Republicans since about 1994…

Insinuating that “liberal judges” are to blame for all criminal misbehaviors in the Florida Panhandle sounds like someone is watching way too much of one TV news and talk radio outlet and paying too much attention to political ads.

NOPE, we don’t need to have your photo published. Thiniing back to Seal Team 6 and how the “outing” of them by a past high ranking US politician put their lives at risk as well as lives of their families.

Thankfully no LEO were injured in this needless and senseless effort on the part of the suspect turned shooter.

I’m guessing someone posted his bond on the first arrest.Perhaps his Mother? This should be a lesson to those that do bond certain crazy ppl out of jail that assaulted the ppl paying the bond.Dont sweep that under the rug.This is on them as well.Be thankful no one died.

To the comment that they are still coming – if you are worried, well it is simple – JUST DON’T BREAK THE LAW. Law enforcement does a lot more to help people then you think. It is sad that so many people commit crime against our fellow citizens. A large amount of people do their time in local jails and then their sentences are over and done and they are released and they start all over again. We need to break the cycle of crime to keep everyone safe.

What you mean why was he out of jail..they cant hold you are keep you everyone is entitled to a bond to be released from jail and they “can not keep you for ever .. and also as soon as gets thourgh doing his sentence he will be out again..

Tess, Florida has been run by Republicans for 30 years and Republicans have controlled the US Senate since 1996 and one would be hard pressed to find Liberal Judges or State Attorneys around here that could influence the Laws in the way you are crying about.
I could flip you point and say you should be pointing fingers at Conservatives but in reality our Constitution and our Laws work how they work. Some times that works out for prosecutions that seem fair and some times it doesn’t but either, the Laws are not run by emotion.
The campaign of Lies, Bragging and Blame needs to stop. It certainly has no place in this topic.
