There is heat during the winter. And century CI does have other satellite facilities housing part of that population, they're not all crammed into the main unit and putting it above capacity. AC isn't a thing in any of the state prisons either. And phones are a privilege, but the ones that weren't working were fixed last week. If any other ones aren't working, they will be fixed as soon as possible. And if you're so worried about the staff shortages, why don't you put in an application? Water problems again and phone systems are down. This place needs bulldozed! We should be ashamed of our prisions. There are over 1500 inmates (more than is allowed by the Fire Marshal) and this facility is filthy, understaffed, and falling apart - a total disgrace! No a.c. or heat either...inhumane!
