That's a lot of money for that building!! The town of Century is gonna mess around and lose out on their only real prospect for a tenant that they've had for years and years. WFG could actually build a building more suited to their needs, in a better location for less than the $720,000 they are gonna pay in that 10 years. At this point, if I were them, I'd go get a government loan of some kind, build what I needed, and let that building drag Century down to the bottom of the Escambia River. I keep thinking maybe people are being hard on the mayor and most of the council, but they really are the epitome of incompetence. A lease for 5 years, with an option for another 5 at $6,000 a month.
