A chaplain helps with different things like death notifications to family members. They are a there for workers, or citizens who would like to speak with them in negative times. Fire Departments also have them i think! They are not officers, just citizens serving there community! Stay safe all ,teddy is out of here for now! Bye Bye Bye

What is the purpose of the new program? Are they going out with the police, not enough information. With all the crazy stuff going on throughout the country about our police departments, it would be nice to know what is going on.
