I am 70 years old and live on social security. I need rental assistance. My landlord gave me until Dec. 31st to pay my back rent and now she changed her mind. I have to pay the back rent now or she will evict me. My daughter moved in with me, but she has no income.

Be thankful and not upset, its not our/their fault that we are dealing with covit 19. Think about the goverment, the president, the man in charge Trump. He waited to long to put things i order, and still cutting funds to help find a cure.

I agree with “retired”. Someone should make sure this money goes to the rent or mortgage payments. The lessees are being left out of this aide.

I think that we should also try to help as far as being able to buy products as far as cleaning products housing products because during the pandemic a lot of people still unable to receive jobs and in that receiving jobs you have to have transportation and in order to keep your transportation up you have to have a job to maintain it and in order to be able to buy those products you need the money as well so I think that it would be nice if Escambia county could help with funding their people

Half that receive this DON’T pay their rent they go parting, buy TV’s, buy wheels for their car, ETC. They should have to show where the money was spent!!!!!!!
