Pay off all debts first. Then invest 56% in bonds, 40% equities, remainder CDs, and value invest with all in ETFs paying an overall average of 3% to 4% dividends. Never buy something that does not pay a dividend. Consider 10% of equity holdings in REITs. Then leave it alone and never panic in bearish conditions.

Believe me, you’ll be set for life, and so will future generations. Just live off the dividends, not the capital.
